We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice, legal services, or legal representation.

We operate as a DBA (doing business as) of Key Contacts, a full-service advertising agency headquartered in Denver, Colorado. Our founders — Mark Sullivan and Mark Rinehart — bring the same media-buying discipline and broadcast industry relationships to LTVL that they built into Key Contacts.

Our vertical focus is intentional. The personal injury lead generation market requires specific expertise: understanding of the intake process, the case economics, the intake qualification criteria that matter to PI firms, and the television inventory that actually reaches accident victims in the moment they are seeking help.
